About the Journal

The Journal of International Management and Technology (JIMT) is a biannual, peer-reviewed scholarly journal published by the Malaysia University of Science and Technology (MUST). Established as part of the university’s initiative to foster academic excellence and global research collaboration, JIMT aims to serve as a leading platform for the dissemination of knowledge at the intersection of management, innovation, and technology. The journal welcomes conceptual, empirical (quantitative and qualitative), and review articles, as well as practice-based case studies that offer insights into emerging trends and challenges in international business and technological advancement.

JIMT seeks to promote rigorous scholarship that bridges theory and practice, contributing to the understanding of how technology transforms managerial practices, organisational strategies, and socio-economic development. The journal covers a broad range of topics including, but not limited to: management and organisational studies, business innovation, entrepreneurship, digital transformation, artificial intelligence in management, sustainable development, marketing and consumer behaviour, operations and supply chain management, human resource management, leadership, financial management, strategic management, corporate governance, and technology policy.

By encouraging multidisciplinary perspectives and fostering academic dialogue between scholars, practitioners, and policymakers, JIMT aspires to advance impactful research that supports sustainable growth and innovation in both regional and global contexts.

Call for Papers – JIMT Volume 1, Issue 1 (2026)
The Journal of International Management & Technology (JIMT) now invites manuscript submissions for its upcoming issue. Researchers, academics, and industry professionals are encouraged to contribute original research papers, conceptual articles, and case studies that address emerging trends in management, innovation, technology, and sustainable development. Submissions are peer-reviewed and must adhere to the journal’s publication ethics and formatting guidelines. Authors are invited to submit their manuscripts through the official JIMT online system.
